This is a terrain of relationships, their patterns etched into the landscape. The traces of two sequential love affairs faintly reverberates. Both couples hold hands facing each other, but there is a rift between both of the partners, driven deeply into the hill they are standing on. Leaving distance between this past, another bond of two lovers boldly stands out. Though they are standing on opposite sides of a canyon, they lean forward to hold each others hands. This is not a rift caused by the relationship, but a commitment to each other against all odds. As they cannot share common ground, a cloud forms above to connect them by means of the sky. This is the blueprint for a connection that feels karmic. Following the cup the landscape turns into a complex labyrinth of caves, each one of them waiting to be opened like a present. The experiences in the caves should feel youthful, silly and exciting, but a figure is observing the cave system with a demeanour of melancholy. A hand behind her back is still outstretched, refusing to let go. There is a self-imposed pressure to enter the caves but fleeting sparks will not be able to satiate this heart, which craves a fire.
